As soon as you become a client, you can transfer any of your records to us. We prefer for you to scan the documents and send them to us via a simple program called SCANSEND on your laptop or home computer. Or BRUSSELS ACCOUTANTS has on its website a new easy to use program for its clients called DROPZONE (see right corner tab). This is very cost efficient for the client and beneficial as well because the documents are available to the clients online. Virtual Invoice is a new software program that will allow these scans to automatically become accounting entries. Your accountant will review these entries before allocating them to the proper account.

Of course you can also send by post, email or bring by the paper documents to us. As a paperless office, BRUSSELS ACCOUNTANTS will scan them into our software for accounting registration. Then these documents will be returned to you but all of this can be time consuming and costly.
